A Double Arch, Moab, UT Elopement | The Love Story of A.J. and Brittany

Bride and groom standing far away inside of two red rock arches in Moab, called the Double Arch.

Brittany and A.J. are obsessed with anything on wheels and had visited Moab, UT to ride around the desert scape once before. So when choosing their elopement destination, Moab was a no brainer. They invited their closest family and friends for a week of riding side by sides and dirt bikes in the desert and then concluding with their elopement at the Double Arch ceremony site. Here is their love story by Roaming Vow Film Co - a husband and wife photo and video team local to Utah.

First Look

The couple got ready in their Airbnb and met us at the visitor’s center of Arches National Park. Then we convoyed up the path and the couple had their first look at the La Sal Mountain Viewpoint. Family and friends watched from afar in the parking lot as the two shared a special moment.

Their ceremony was held at the Double Arch permitted ceremony location with their family and friends standing in the audience. Cory, the videographer of our team was able to officiate their ceremony for them, when their plan A ended up being unable to fly out.

Formal Portraits

Then we took the couple and explored some various locations around Moab. We started taking some portraits up inside the Double Arch, then hit up the sand dune arch, and then took some pics on our way out of the park while driving to dinner.

Reception

Then we got a delicious dinner at the Red Cliffs Lodge and took a few more pics by the water there! I loved Brittany’s leather jacket!

Brittany and A.J. then took the next few days to head up to Park City for their honeymoon and see the Salt Flats in Wendover, UT along the way before flying back home! It was such an epic adventure for the two of them!
